If your item arrives damaged, it is essential that you notify us within 3 days of delivery. This timeframe is critical in order for us to process any freight insurance claims.
Freight companies do not accept claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery. Therefore, if we are notified after the 7-day deadline, the customer will forfeit any right to compensation for shipping-related damage.
To lodge a damage claim, customers must provide clear evidence, including:
Photos of the item in its original condition
Photos of the packaging/box
A video showing the damage upon opening
Without proper documentation, we will be unable to submit a claim on your behalf.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. Toys N Wheels will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
We understand that a product may not always meet your expectations. To make your shopping experience worry-free, we offer a 3-day return policy.
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom or personalized items, such as personalized kids' driver licenses, are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and return instructions.
To make a warranty claim:
Return the defective item to us at your expense, with proof of purchase and a description of the issue, within the warranty period.
We will inspect the item and determine whether the defect is covered under warranty.
If the defect is covered, we will either:
Repair the item, or
Provide a replacement at no cost to you.
If the defect is not covered, we will:
Provide a full explanation, and
Return the item to you at your cost, if requested.
Note: Repairing an item during the warranty period does not extend the original warranty duration.
Faulty parts will be supplied free of charge.
Parts can be collected from our warehouse, or posted at the customer’s expense.
If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, the buyer must return the full item at their own cost for inspection or further action.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for postage and transport of the item to our location.
Toys N Wheels is not liable for damage during return shipping.
If the item is found to be free of defects, the customer will be charged for inspection, testing, and return freight.
If the item is found to be defective under warranty, we will repair or replace it and return it to you at no additional cost.
