We offer a 3-month parts replacement warranty for all products sold on our website. This warranty is for domestic use only and applies from the date of delivery. It covers any manufacturing defects found in the product at the time of purchase. To claim the warranty, buyers must notify us immediately of any issues and provide an invoice to access warranty services.
If any replacement parts are required, they will be supplied free of charge. These parts must be collected from our warehouse. If parts need to be posted, the customer will be responsible for postage costs. In the event that the product does not function after the replacement parts have been installed, the buyer will bear the cost of returning the item to us.
If the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery, you must notify us in writing via the email section of our website within 7 working days.
For items that are damaged and the customer wishes to have them repaired, the customer will need to pay the postage costs for returning the item to us. This helps us keep prices low over the long term.
What is not covered under the warranty?
1. Batteries and battery chargers are not covered under the warranty and must be handled and charged properly.
2. Music boards, music USBs, and LCD touch screens are not covered by our standard warranty once used.
3. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, physical damage, or broken parts caused by use. Cosmetic and body damage caused during use is not covered, but replacement parts can be ordered at the buyer’s expense. Damage due to lack of maintenance, willful damage, natural disasters, accidents, negligence, or failure to follow the supplier’s instructions is also excluded.
4. The warranty is void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by anyone not authorized by Toys N Wheels (excluding standard periodic maintenance).
5. Negligence, misuse, or minor scratches are not covered. Some ride-on products may have minor cosmetic imperfections due to the manufacturing process, which do not affect the strength or durability of the product. Toys N Wheels will not accept returns for these minor cosmetic flaws.
6. Parts purchases, consumables, and accessories (e.g., chains, carry bags, batteries, chargers, steering wheels, hoses, grinding discs, mats, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, and safety gear) are not covered under the standard warranty once used.
Lodging a Warranty Request
To claim under this warranty, you must return the defective goods to us at your expense, along with proof of purchase, within the warranty period. You will need to provide a description of the defect and your personal details. We will inspect the returned product and, if the defect is covered, either repair or replace the item. If the defect is not covered, we will explain why, and if requested, return the goods to you at your cost.
If a particular part fails during the warranty period, Toys N Wheels will supply the required parts free of charge. The buyer will bear the cost of postage for the replacement parts. If the product does not work after parts are replaced, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Warranty Costs and Claims
When making a warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of postage to return defective goods, and we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. If we determine that the goods are defective and covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the goods and return them at our expense. If no defect is found, the buyer must cover the cost of service and testing, as well as the return postage.
